In the event that the customer wishes to return an ordered item or items, thehealthplace.com.au will refund the customer's money under the following terms and conditions:

The product(s) is not damaged or opened. Damaged or opened goods will not be refunded.

The customer must provide the original receipt for proof of purchase when requesting a refund. This receipt must be mailed with the returned product(s) and a Request For Refund Form (see below).

A Request For Refund Form must be completed and posted to thehealthplace.com.au together with the product(s) to be returned and receipt(s).

The customer must make a request for a refund for orders within 30 days of purchase. All requests for a refund for ordered products made outside 30 days will be declined by thehealthplace.com.au.

A refund will be provided to the customer by the same method as the payment type.
