Delivery Times

Please allow up to 10-12 working days for delivery after you have placed an order. Often, delivery is much quicker (2-3 business days). Delivery on weekends and after-hours is currently unavailable.

95% of orders are dispatched within 48 hours of your payment. You can speed up delivery time of your order by paying by credit card (ANZ eGate) or PayPal.

Additional Delivery Information

thehealthplace.com.au uses both Australia Post with Express Mail and Fastway Courier's for deliveries within Australia.

We suggest that you provide a work address for delivery if no one is home during business hours. Please include the business name in the address information if your delivery is to be sent to a work address.

In case you are not home: Australia Post will leave a card at your address if you are not at home on the delivery day. If you believe your parcel should have arrived and you have not received an Australia Post card, please phone your local post office. Your delivery should be there waiting for you. If it is not, please CONTACT US and we will help you locate your order for you.

DELIVERY CHARGES WITHIN AUSTRALIA ...

ALL orders under 3kg's to ANYWHERE in Australia: a flat rate of $6.95 will be charged for postage. For items more than 3kgs, an additional weight charge will be calculated - $1.00 per extra kilogram. The final delivery amount will be confirmed during the checkout process before you accept the order and enter your payment details.

MELBOURNE DELIVERIES ...

All orders sent to local Melbourne addresses will be sent by Fastway Courier. In most cases you will receive your order within 2 business days, depending on the time you order.

SMALL PACKAGES FOR DELIVERY TO THE REST OF AUSTRALIA

Packages less than 3kgs are sent via the Australia Post Overnight EXPRESS System.

LARGE PACKAGES FOR DELIVERY TO THE REST OF AUSTRALIA ...

All large parcels more than 3kgs will be sent to the rest of Australia through Australia Post or Fastway Courier.

IMPORTANT NOTE:

Please note that Fastway Couriers do not deliver to Post Office Boxes.

International Delivery

thehealthplace.com.au uses Australia Post's ECI service for all international orders. This is the fastest and most reliable way to send international parcels as it is fully traceable and your order is fully insured.

Our site will automatically calculate the freight charge to your country after you have entered your delivery details. The final delivery amount will be confirmed during the checkout process before you accept the order and enter your payment details.
